Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of January 4 through 10. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: January 4-10

Calli Delsman, Waukesha West girls' basketball, finished with a game-high 21 points and grabbed 5 rebounds to lead the D2 No. 2 Wolverines past D1 No. 1 Mukwonago 59-53 on Friday. 

Hannah Hobson, Stoughton girls' basketball, scored the game-winning basket just before the buzzer in double-overtime to lift the Vikings' (D2 #7) to a 46-44 win over Madison Edgewood (D3 #2).  In Stoughton's 60-39 win over Milton on Friday, Hobson tallied 6 points. 

Chase Johnson, La Crosse Logan boys' basketball, hit the game-winning shot to lift the Rangers' past D2 No. 2 La Crosse Central, 68-66, on Friday. Johnson finished with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists in the win. 

McKenna McVey, Elk Mound girls' basketball, finished with 16 points to lead the Mounders' to a 53-26 win over Colfax, ending the Vikings' 55-game Dunn-St. Croix winning streak on Thursday. In a 58-44 win over D5 No. 5 Loyal, McVey posted 17 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals. 

Benjamin Rounds, McFarland boys' basketball, scored a career-high 45 points and surpassed 1,000 career points in the Spartans' 66-60 overtime win against Whitewater on Friday. Rounds went 13-for-22 from the floor and made 16 of 19 free throw attempts.
