Brennen Banks of Evansville boys basketball has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of February 29 through March 6 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net 

There were 2,789 votes last week with Banks receiving 1,176 of them. Ben Heiligenthal of Catholic Central finished second with 805 votes. 

Banks scored a game-high 33 points and added 5 assists in their 80-73 win over Lake Mills in a Division 3 regional final. He finished with 29 points in the Blue Devils' win over Madison Edgewood, 84-64, in a regional semi-final.
