Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of March 28 through April 3. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

Ryan Arch, Viroqua baseball: De Soto led Viroqua by six runs at one point in Friday's non-conference baseball game, but the Blackhawks battled back to take a lead. De Soto tied it up in the top of the 7th, but Arch singled in the game-winning run in the bottom of the frame for a 9-8 victory. He finished 2-for-4 in the game.

Bryant Brown, Milwaukee Morse-Marshall boys track and field: At the Case Classic on the campus of UW-Parkside on Saturday, Brown claimed titles in both the 55-meter dash and the 200-meter dash events. His 55-meter time is best in the state this year, with the 200-meter time coming in second.

Kayla Minor, Ashwaubenon girls soccer: Minor scored five goals in a 10-0 home victory over Green Bay East on Friday.

Gus Newcomb, Middleton boys track & field: Newcomb opened his 2016 season in prime fashion, winning the 1600-meter race at the Madison West Relays in a personal record time of 4:24.6.

Daniel Paulson, West De Pere baseball: Paulson plated the game-winning RBI in a victory over Denmark Friday. In an earlier game that day, he went 2-for-3 as the Phantoms hammered Notre Dame 13-3.
