Gaby Zabala of Wauwatosa West girls soccer has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of April 11 through 17 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 2,414 votes this week with Zabala receiving 804 of the votes. Parker Gloudemans of Little Chute boys track & field finished second in the voting with 572 votes. 

Zabala scored a goal and added an assist to lead the Trojans to a 2-1 upset win over Pewaukee, ranked No. 2 in the WSCA Coaches Poll, on Tuesday. She also had her hand in both goals in their victory over Shorewood on Thursday, finishing with a goal and an assist. 

She has 4 goals and 4 assists so far this season for the Trojans (4-1 overall, 3-0 in Woodland).
