Delavan-Darien powered by Seymour 5-1 in a Division 3 state semi-final match. On the other side of the bracket, Mount Horeb and Rice Lake played the only game that went to a shootout, finishing regulation and overtime tie at 1. In the shootout, Mount Horeb advanced 4-3. Delavan-Darien jumped out to an early 2-0 advantage and held on for a 2-1 victory.

Racine St. Catherine's topped Phillips 4-1 in one Division 4 semi-final, while Winnebago Lutheran edged Sheboygan Christian/Lutheran 2-1 on the other side of the bracket. In a thrilling championship match, the teams traded goals, with Andrew Villarreal of St. Catherine's tying things up at two with an unassisted goal in the 85th minute to force overtime.
