Mukwonago junior Natalie Anderson netted a career-best 34 points in a 72-44 win over Oconomowoc in a regional final. 

Milwaukee Pulaski sophomore Shattima McFarland scored 32 points in a 83-52 loss to DSHA in a regional semi-final.

3-seed Menomonie over 2-seed Rice Lake, 59-58, in a regional final.

7-seed New London over 2-seed Lakeland, 61-39, in a regional semi-final.

6-seed Waterford over 3-seed Burlington, 46-42 OT, in a regional semi-final. The Wolverines then beat 2-seed Union Grove, 51-46, in a regional final. 

3-seed New Berlin West over 2-seed Pewaukee, 49-45, in a regional final. The Vikings closed the game on a 14-0 run. 

7-seed Milwaukee Washington reaching sectional play. Wins over 2-seed Shorewood, 56-38, and 6-seed Wauwatosa West, 57-43.

West Bend West senior Alex Rondorf, a Michigan Tech recruit, scored 36 points in a 72-43 win over Kewaskum in a regional quarterfinal. 

Hortonville sophomore Macy McGlone scored 31 points in a 82-38 regional final win over Merrill. 

Tomah junior Madison Lindauer finished with 31 points and went over 1,000 for her career in a 62-59 loss to Holmen in a regional semi-final. 

Pius XI Catholic sophomore Jasmine Kondrakiewicz netted 30 points in a 72-34 win over Milwaukee Lutheran in a regional semi-final.

5-seed Lodi over 4-seed Madison Edgewood (defending D3 state champs) in a regional semi-final, 55-49 in OT. 

3-seed Platteville over 2-seed Dodgeville, 50-37, in a regional final. The Hillmen lost to the Dodgers twice in the regular season. 

7-seed Clinton over 2-seed Martin Luther (state runner-up last season) in a regional semi-final, 47-45. 

12-seed Ripon over 5-seed Winneconne, 63-58, in a regional quarterfinal.

Marshall freshman Anna Lutz scored a career-high 30 points in a 79-62 victory against Poynette in a regional semi-final. 

Notable upsets: 

4-seed Cameron over top-seed Saint Croix Falls in regional final, 52-46. The Comets were ranked all season in the WisSports.net Coaches Poll, so more of an upset based on seeding. 

12-seed Weyauwega-Fremont over 5-seed Menominee Indian in a regional quarterfinal. 

7-seed The Prairie School reaching sectional play. The Hawks beat 2-seed Racine Lutheran, 65-52, in a regional semi-final and 6-seed Living Word Lutheran in a regional final. 

10-seed Roncalli over 7-seed Kohler, 54-52, in a regional quarterfinal. The Jets also defeated 2-seed Random Lake, 53-40, in a regional semi-final.

Milwaukee Academy of Science junior Shemera Williams scored 41 points in a 76-65 win over Lake Country Lutheran in a regional final. She tallied 36 points in the Novas' 101-50 victory against HOPE Christian in a regional semi-final. 

Lake Country Lutheran sophomore Kate Benes tied a career-high with 37 points in a 76-65 regional final loss to Milwaukee Academy of Science. 

Saint Mary's Springs senior Emily Mueller, a Northern Michigan recruit, finished with 31 points in a 65-55 win over Waterloo in a regional semi-final. 

Notable upsets: 

3-seed Shell Lake over 2-seed Washburn, 49-29, in a regional final.

4-seed Clayton over top-seed and undefeated Flambeau, 68-50, in a regional final. 

3-seed McDonell Central over 2-seed Rib Lake, 49-37, in a regional final. The Macks were ranked higher than the Redmen in the WSN Coaches Poll all season, so another upset based seeding. 

6-seed Wausaukee over 3-seed Three Lake in a regional semi-final, 75-42. The Rangers then knocked off 2-seed Elcho, 61-52, in a regional final. 

5-seed Gillett over top-seed Oneida Nation, 66-65 OT, in a regional final. Tigers also defeated 4-seed Niagara, 59-36, in a regional semi-final. 

3-seed River Ridge over 2-seed Potosi, 54-39, in a regional final. 

3-seed Hustisford over 2-seed Sheboygan Lutheran, 37-31, in a regional final. 

3-seed Central Wisconsin Christian over 2-seed Fall River, 42-38, in a regional final.
