Gabby Ortiz of The Prairie School was one of many Division 1 college players to participate in the WSN Basketball Showcase over the years
WisSports.net produced its first basketball showcase event more than 12 years ago, and it has become the premier one-day individual basketball event in the state.
The 2018 WSN Basketball Showcase is open to boys and girls athletes, and will once again feature Wisconsin's top basketball players showing their stuff for Division II and III colleges across the Midwest.
Things will be a bit different this year, as the event will be held on Sunday, September 16th at Kettle Moraine High School.
Registration for the WSN Basketball Showcase is open and available by clicking here.
Over 2,000 student-athletes have participated in our showcases including numerous all-conference, all-region and all-state selections along with many scholarship recipients.
Division II and III college coaches from across the Midwest will be in attendance at the event. We have also had many DI caliber players participate in the past – bottom line is you're not going to get the kind of competition and structure at an open gym or fall league.
The $85 entry fee includes a reversible jersey.
WisSports.net boys basketball writer Mark Miller will be on hand to cover the boys event along with WSN girls basketball scout Norbert Durst to cover the girls. We will also be taking headshots of all players for inclusion on WisSports.net.
