Favorite Sport (and why): "This is the hardest question. I love volleyball because it’s such a mental sport, and there is no better feeling of teamwork coming together! Track is so awesome because you just go do your thing and give 100 percent for your events. Having an individual and a team feeling in track & field makes it so cool."  

Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "My favorite part of high school sports is the opportunities I’ve had to meet such awesome people that will be forever friends."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: “Put work in now to get results later.”

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "Winning the 4x100 relay after overcoming a lot of adversity with my teammates is something I will never forget."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "There isn’t much of a break between sports. Working on one sport, or maybe even three sports at one time is probably my favorite part. Having the same teammates year-round is a good way to create friendships, and nothing is better than true friends."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "The toughest part of playing three sports is the demand on your body, mentally and physically. Learning how to manage this stress will help me in my future."  

Favorite Opponent (and why): "I don’t have a favorite, but I love playing any team that gives me a challenge and makes me fight."  

Favorite Professional Team: "I am actually a big baseball fan, and the boys in my family are huge St. Louis Cardinal fans, so I’ll go with the St. Louis Cardinals."

Favorite Professional Athlete: "Simone Biles has overcome so much after going through an adoption. Maintaining focus to become an Olympic gymnast while there were so many distractions in her life is something I admire."  

Favorite College Team: "The Wisconsin Badgers definitely have my heart. "

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "Abby Kaiser (Potosi) is the toughest individual I have competed against. She is extremely competitive and always there to compete. She doesn't take any game lightly, but still plays with heart."

Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "Kelsie Goffinet is a teammate I admire because of the sacrifices she continuously makes on her body to be able to do what she loves.  Competing through injury takes a lot of heart."

College Plans: "I plan on attending UW-LaCrosse to major in biology with a concentration in biomedical sciences and minor in Spanish while running track and playing volleyball!"

Activities Outside of Sports: "Outside of sports you can find me hanging out with friends and family or volunteering."

I Find it Relaxing to: "I love reading a good book or hanging out with my good friends."  

Favorite TV Show: "One Tree Hill is the only show I’ve ever finished, and it was so good!"

Favorite Movie: “When the Game Stands Tall” is one the best movies.

Favorite Musical Artist: "I could listen to Thomas Rhett and Bruno Mars all day!"

Favorite Subject: "My favorite subject is biology!  Everything about life is so cool." 

Favorite Restaurant: "The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite, solely for the cheesecake."

Favorite Website: "This is super-nerdy, but sciencedaily.com is amazing!"
