Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN Senior Baseball Awards.

The pre-season watch list has been trimmed down to five finalists. Winners are announced the week of the spring baseball state tournament.

WSN Senior Baseball Awards -- Outfielder Finalists:

Jaxon Kostka, Regis -- Kostka took home Second Team All-State recognition from the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association last season. He helped the Ramblers to a share of the Cloverbelt-West title this season. He hit over .400 with an OPS north of 1.000.

Hunter Levy, Clear Lake -- Levy will be a three-time All-Conference selection and should improve upon his Second Team All-District selection from last season. Levy has 6 home runs, 29 RBI, and 8 steals this year, hitting .481 with a 1.480 OPS.

Alex Oakley, Sun Prairie -- Oakley, who won the Kevin Stemke Award as the top punter or kicker in the fall, is a multi-sport standout that helped the Cardinals to the state title game in baseball last year. An Honorable Mention All-Conference choice as a junior, he's a First Team selection as a senior. Oakley hit .459 with a 1.285 OPS, including 13 extra-base hits, 3 home runs, and 27 RBI.

Gunner Peterson, Wilmot -- After earning Third Team All-State recognition as a junior, Peterson has put together another strong season as a senior. He hit .380 this year with 4 home runs, 23 RBI, and a 1.240 OPS for the Panthers. In 92 varsity games during his four-year career he has a .387 batting average and 1.168 OPS.

Mitch Seager, Beloit Turner -- Seager was a First Team All-State selection by the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association last year as a junior and should haul in plenty of hardware once again, as he posted huge numbers for the Trojans. Seager hit .614 on the season with 35 hits, 10 doubles, a triple, and 5 home runs. He also went 6-0 on the mound with a save.
