Prep Props is our weekly look at the best individual statistical performances in the state, with the leaders in rushing yards, passing yards, and receiving yards. Prep Props is published every Monday morning.

Level 3 Rushing Leaders

Brookfield Central rolled up 485 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns as a team, beating Waukesha West 52-28 in a Level 3 showdown. Junior Rashad Lampkin continued his breakout season with his bigger performance yet, carrying the ball 36 times for 376 yards and five touchdowns.

Level 3 Passing Leaders

It was a showdown between unbeaten and top-seeded Bay Port and five-time defending state champion Kimberly, and the Papermakers needed a big performance from their big players. Quarterback Cody Staerkel delivered, completing 20-of-28 passes for 332 yards and two touchdowns as Kimberly claimed a 38-20 victory to advance to the state semi-finals.

Level 3 Receiving Leaders

Kimberly receiver Conner Wnek caught nine passes for a state-best 203 yards and two touchdowns as the Papermakers topped Bay Port, 38-20. Both of Wnek's touchdown receptions put Kimberly ahead, including a 35-yard catch late in the third quarter that moved the Papermakers ahead for good.
