AAA Level 3 Player of the Week Nominees:

Rashad Lampkin, Brookfield Central - Brookfield Central rolled up 485 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns as a team, beating Waukesha West 52-28 in a Level 3 showdown. Junior Rashad Lampkin continued his breakout season with his bigger performance yet, carrying the ball 36 times for 376 yards and five touchdowns. Three of his scores came in the first half as the Lancers built a 35-14 halftime advantage.

Ryan Larson, Saint Croix Central - Larson scored a pair of touchdowns in the second half as the Panthers pulled away from Northwestern for a 21-6 victory. He finished with 15 carries for 137 yards and a pair of touchdowns on the ground, adding a 47-yard reception as well. Larson was also the team's leading tackler, recording 11 stops on defense from his linebacker spot.

Cody Staerkel, Kimberly - It was a showdown between unbeaten and top-seeded Bay Port and five-time defending state champion Kimberly, and the Papermakers needed a big performance from their big players. Quarterback Cody Staerkel delivered, completing 20-of-28 passes for 332 yards and two touchdowns as Kimberly claimed a 38-20 victory to advance to the state semi-finals.

Tyler Tenner, Racine Lutheran - Tenner was a beast against previously undefeated Cambridge, breaking tackle after tackle en route to 310 rushing yards and four scores on 31 carries, averaging a nice, round 10 yards per carry. He helped seal the game in the fourth quarter on defense with a forced fumble on defense that he returned 90 yards for a score.

Jarret Wulf, Waunakee - The Warriors had no trouble with Monona Grove in a battle of Badger Conference unbeatens, going out 17-0 at halftime and leading 33-0 before the Silver Eagles scored a late fourth quarter touchdown. The running game was kept in check, but Wulf's dynamite senior season continued as he put up a number of big plays through the air. He finished with 269 yards and four touchdown passes, completing 11-of-20 passes, including first half scoring tosses of 52 yards and 70 yards.
