Kimberly's Cody Staerkel led the state in passing as a senior
Pulaski's Dylan Hendricks was named the WFCA Offensive Player of the Year after rushing for a state-best 2,833 yards this season. A single-wing quarterback, he carried the ball 404 times and scored 32 rushing touchdowns in 2018. Hendricks' single-season rushing yardage total places him fifth on the state's record list, while his 6,359 career yards is fourth all-time. Hendricks also threw for 776 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior.

Cody Staerkel of Kimberly was a WFCA First Team All-State choice and took home the Dave Krieg Award from WSN in his first and only season as the team's starter. He led the state passing yardage by a good amount, with 2,932 yards to go with 30 touchdowns on 182-of-286 passing in helping the Papermakers to a Division 1 runner-up finish.

Senior Trae Tetzlaff of Waukesha West finished as the state's leader in receiving yardage thanks in large part to five consecutive 100-yard games to close the season. He hauled in 68 passes for 1,236 yards and 10 touchdowns on the year. Fox Valley Lutheran's Jakob Ulman led the state in receptions with 86, accounting for 1,129 yards and seven scores.
