A look back at the big performances and news from the week before, a look ahead to some of the big games coming up, plus a Player of the Week will be featured.

Looking Back

Last Wednesday was a busy night with five games to close out the unofficial first half of the season. Baraboo scored a big-time comeback victory over Marshfield, winning 60-54 after trailing 23-16 at halftime. The Spirits erupted for 44 points after the break, as four players hit double figures, including double-doubles from Chinedum Maduka (Madison East) and John Franklin. The win keeps Baraboo in a tie atop the West Division standings with Richland.

Speaking of Richland, they took down Rock 87-64 as nine different players scored, led by 25 points from Jalen Alexander (Kickapoo), who made seven, three-point attempts.

The big game in the East Divisinon saw Sheboygan get past Waukesha, 79-66. While Marinette sits atop the division, Sheboygan now has a half game lead over Waukesha and Manitowoc.

Looking Ahead

Teams take a break until after the holidays now, with action resuming on January 4th.
