De Pere's Brevin Pritzl has been selected as the top senior Shooter as part of the WSN Senior Boys Basketball Awards.

Pritzl scored 1,716 points during his four-year prep career with the Redbirds. He averaged 25.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game as a senior and was named co-Player of the Year in the Fox River Classic Conference along with Ashwauben's Kyle Monroe.

A terrific shooter who can also use his quick first step and athleticism to get to the basket, Pritzl signed a national letter of intent to play college basketball at Wisconsin last November.

Pritzl is ranked No. 50 among seniors in the country by Scout.com and scored a career-high 44 points in a victory over Manitowoc Lincoln this season.

Finalists for the award were Pritzl, Sheboygan Lutheran's Jacob Jurss, Poynette's Tanner Bruchs, Washburn's Cody Tomlinson and Regis' Billy Wampler.

Past winners of the award include Brady Ellingson of Sussex Hamilton (2014), Matt Thomas of Onalaska (2013), and Tyson Kalien of Chippewa Falls (2012).

WSN Senior Basketball Awards are selected by WisSports.net staff.
