The Shoreland Lutheran Pacers have been selected as the Level 2 WisSports.net Team of the Week following a statewide vote on WSN. The team went on the road to knock off top-seeded Cedar Grove-Belgium. The Pacers were chosen from a strong group of nominees in Level 2. A total of 3,158 votes were cast, as Shoreland Lutheran's 1,145 votes votes narrowly edged Brookfield East's 1,036.

Coming into this season, the Pacers had just one WIAA playoff victory, coming back in 2005. Shoreland has doubled that number this season, including a 21-14 win over #1 seed Cedar Grove-Belgium Friday night. A program-defining victory, Shoreland built a 21-0 halftime lead and held off a second half surge by the Rockets. Keenan Robinson had a big game, rushing 21 times for 137 yards and 2 touchdowns.
