| Bio | Most seasons McShane would have been an easy First Team All-Conference selection, but he settled for Second Team recognition last season behind Oconomowoc's Canton Larson. He's a favorite to move up to First Team laurels and perhaps league Player of the Year this year however. In 2013 he completed 63.1% of his passes for 1711 yards and 13 touchdowns (a 119.7 QB rating) while adding 1241 yards and 14 touchdowns on the ground. Not only does he do a great job engineering the team's option-heavy offense, he throws an outstanding deep ball when teams creep up to stop the run. He's focused on playing baseball at the next level, but would certainly have a future in football if he chose to pursue it. |
