Senior Girls Basketball Awards: Point Guard Finalists

Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN High School Basketball Awards.

The finalists for the top senior point guard award have been selected. Winners are announced the week of the state tournament.

Lexi Donarski, Aquinas: Donarski is averaging 24 points, 4.4 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 5.7 steals per game for the 22-1 Blugolds. She has also connected on 57 three-pointers. Donarski has led Aquinas to back-to-back Division 4 state titles and is in the hunt for another state title this season. Donarski (5-10) has career totals of 2,029 points, 539 assists and 375 steals. She is committed to Iowa State University. Aquinas plays Mineral Point in a D4 sectional semifinal tonight at Baraboo High School. 

Khamya McNeal, Milwaukee King: McNeal is averaging 18.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 3 steals per game for the Lady Generals, 16-7 overall. McNeal's career totals include 1,356 points, 312 assists and 245 steals. The 5-foot-7 point guard is signed with Syracuse University. Milwaukee King meets Oconomowoc in a D1 sectional semifinal tonight at Milwaukee South High School. 

Natalie McNeal, Germantown: McNeal is averaging 18.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3 assists and 2.8 steals per game for the Warhawks, 22-2 overall. McNeal (5-8) has compiled career totals of 1,576 points, 757 rebounds, 289 assists and 207 steals. She is committed to Saint Louis University. Germantown plays West Bend West in a D1 sectional semifinal at Slinger High School. 

Jaddan Simmons, Green Bay Southwest: Simmons averaged 21.6 points, 8 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 4.7 steals per game for the Trojans, 16-7 overall. Simmons (5-9) finished her career with just under 1,900 career points. She is committed to Arizona State University. 

Caroline Strande, Racine Lutheran: Strande is averaging 35.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 5.5 steals and 1.6 blocks per game for the unbeaten Crusaders. The 5-foot-11 Minnesota signee has also made 55 three-pointers. Strande has career totals of 2,518 points, 966 rebounds, 483 assists and 407 steals. She is currently fifth on the state's all-time scoring list. Racine Lutheran plays Brookfield Academy in a D4 sectional semifinal tonight at Cudahy High School.
