When Madison Edgewood took down Catholic Memorial in the title game of this weekend's girls soccer championship, another title was within reach.  That 1-0 overtime win caused a 40 point swing and leaves Edgewood 43 points behind Catholic Memorial in the WSN Cup race with only one sport to be tabulated, spring baseball.

With Edgewood making the final four it guarantees them at least 60 points, which will be enough to raise their first WSN Cup.  The Crusaders had a big spring with a win in boys golf to go along with their soccer title and a runner-up finish in boys tennis.

In the small school division Xavier has taken a 36 point lead but with Aquinas also having one of the four finalists in spring baseball they will wrap up their second consecutive WSN Cup after winning the small school division last year.
