Impact of potential Private School Multiplier on football playoff divisions

Earlier today the WIAA announced that a "segment" of schools have advanced a petition that has garnered the required 10% of member school signatures to place an item on the upcoming Annual Meeting agenda that would institute a 1.65 multiplier on all private, religious, and indepedent schools.

This proposal could have a wide-reaching impacts, and here we take a look at how the 2013 playoffs would have looked if such a 1.65 multiplier had been applied for this season.

Below are the private schools (those that made the playoffs only) that would change divisions, as well as a full breakdown of the impact of the multiplier on all teams and divisions in the state playoffs.
